Yes in the middle of the day while playing Cricket some SOB heisted my 3 Gal fuel tank that had less then 1/2 gal of juice in it. Pissed me off. Last week some SOB untied my dink and let her drift into the Mangroves. Woburn is not safe for cruisers.
